Veterinary Assistant- Temporary Position.
Anticipated Contract- October through end of Year. (May start earlier for training purposes).
**Potential for permanent position after fulfillment of temporary contract**
Location: We have two locations: Spring Green and Mazomanie, WI
Employment Type: Full-time (Part time to be considered)-Temporary Contract

Requirements:
-Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is required.
-Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
-Strong desire to provide quality patient care
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures and driven to make a difference
-Flexibility to work at either of our locations.
-Have strong customer service skills
-Physically able to lift up to 50lbs, stand on feet for long periods of time, keep control of exuberant dogs and cats (and humans ??
-Detail oriented
-Will have an upbeat, friendly, and professional attitude
-Can work individually, as well as on a team
-Excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, and working harmoniously with team mates is required.
